GET STARTED AT HOMEFRONT HORSEMANSHIP
Welcome to Homefront Horsemanship — a working ranch where veterans, first responders, and families come to slow down, build skills, and find steady ground through time with horses and community.
Our programs are built around horsemanship, the rhythm of the ranch, and the belief that connection, routine, and fresh air help reduce stress, strengthen resilience, and support overall wellness.
Whether you’re new to horses or have years in the saddle, everyone begins with a required ranch orientation. This gives you a chance to meet the horses, walk the property, learn safety basics, and get placed in the program that fits you best.
WHAT TO EXPECT
• Complete a brief intake and required waiver
• Tour the ranch and meet the Homefront Horsemanship team
• Learn ranch safety and expectations
• Meet the horses and get comfortable on the ground or in the saddle
• Get matched with the right program path
• Receive access to program scheduling
Orientation is the first step for all participants.

WHY THE RANCH?
Time with horses offers a natural way to slow the mind, build confidence, and reconnect with yourself and others. Through hands-on horsemanship, steady routines, and shared experiences, Homefront Horsemanship fosters stress relief, community wellness, and resilience — one ride, one horse, and one day at a time.
